How long will delivery take?

Due to COVID-19, deliveries are taking longer than usual. Our courier companies have advised us of the following:

Post Hate Couriers

Whilst we are still operating at full capacity we do have some staff and couriers that have chosen to self-isolate which does limit our ability to provide normal service levels in some areas. In this regard please continue to allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

FastWay (Aramex)

Please allow an additional 4-5 working days for your delivery due to the COVID19 restrictions and volume surge. You can keep up to date with the status of your parcel by tracking it at www.aramex.co.nz. We ask that you do not raise an enquiry with our Customer Services teams until these 4-5 additional working days have lapsed.

You can find out which courier service your parcel has been sent via by checking your tracking email.

My order still hasn’t arrived!

Less Than 5 Business Days: Due to COVID-19 there are delays across the network. Hang in there!

5+ Business Days: Contact us or the courier companies directly (this can sometimes be the faster option) to enable an investigation.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has shipped?

Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.
