We re-open for the year on 12 Jan! Orders placed 5-11 Jan will be shipped then, but do allow for potential delays – see current shipping ETA at checkout.

If I order over the holiday period - When will my Order Ship?

  • Orders placed 23 Dec, before 12pm – shipping 23 Dec
  • Orders placed 23 Dec, after 12pm – shipping 24 Dec
  • Orders placed 24 – 29 Dec – shipping 30 Dec
  • Orders placed 30 – 31 Dec – shipping 5 Jan
  • Orders placed 1 – 4 Jan – shipping 5 Jan
  • Orders placed 5 Jan – shipping 6 Jan
  • Orders placed 6 Jan – shipping 7 Jan
  • Orders placed 7 Jan – shipping 8 Jan
  • Orders placed 8 – 11 Jan – Shipping 12 Jan
  • From 12 Jan onwards – back to normal timeframes (order by 12pm for same-day dispatch)

Courier companies are extremely busy during peak season so we cannot give guarantees on when your order will arrive, only when it will leave us. These dates are our best estimations of when your order will leave our warehouse.

Can I collect my order over the holidays?

Order collection is available right up to 12pm on 23 Dec. Click & collect is unavailable from 24 Dec to 11 Jan 2026.

How can I get help/support over the holidays?

Email is best as we can check these outside of standard work ours. Send an email to [email protected] and we will assist. Please note – our office is closed 24 Dec – 9 Jan, so email responses may be delayed during this time. For urgent requirements, please include “URGENT” in the subject line so we can prioritise your request when we reopen.

Will I receive my order by 24 Dec (Christmas Eve)?

  • South Island Customers – Order by 18 Dec to ensure delivery by Christmas
  • North Island Customers – Order by 22 Dec to ensure delivery by Christmas

We cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after these dates.

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Before getting in touch – please check the tracking details from NZ Post (emailed to you when you placed your order). We see the exact same tracking updates as you via the NZ Post website, so this is the most up to date record.

If it has been more than 5-days and your parcel still has not arrived or does not have recent scans; Please reach out to us. Do not contact NZ Post directly, as they will require us to process lost/delayed parcel claims on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot chase parcels until 5 working days have elapsed.
