Description
Glycolic acid is recommended for skin of all ages, making it one of the most versatile active peels. It’s particularly brilliant for dry, mature, or lacklustre skin that needs a bit of life breathed back into it. Derived from sugar cane, glycolic acid is the smallest molecule in the alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) family. This tiny molecular size offers quick absorption – it gets deep into the skin where it can actually make a difference, unlike larger molecules that sit on the surface.

Glycolic Peel Treatment
45 minutes (+ 15 minutes LED add on)
For skin that requires hydration and regeneration; for people with the problem of photoaging and excessive wrinkles.
Products Required
- MezoPharma Rejuvenating or Whitening Cleansing Foam
- MezoPharma Rejuvenating or Whitening Toner
- MezoPharma Glycolic Peel 30% or 50%*
- MezoPharma Neutralizer
- Face Mask (eg: Mesoheal)
- Soothing Cream (eg: Super Soothe)
- Your preferred brand of SPF (eg: Daily Defense SPF30)
*choosing between 30% or 50% will be determined by your clients skin. 30% strength is best suited for skin not acclimatised to peels, lack of skin prep or more sensitive skin. 50% strength is best suited for those with well prepared skin or on a skin peel series.
1. Skin cleansing phase 5 minutes
- Surface cleanse to remove makeup or debris with 1-2 pumps of cleansing foam, cleanse the skin (including the neck and décolletage), remove with sponges or fibrella.
- Deeper cleanse to prep the skin for treatment 1-2 pumps of cleansing foam, cleanse the skin (including the neck and décolletage), remove with a hot towel.
2. Initial skin buffering phase 5 minutes
Using 2 cotton pads, apply the Rejuvenating toner. Do not wash it off, let it evaporate on the skin.
3. Chemical peeling phase 3-5 minutes (30%) or 2-4 minutes (50%)
Apply with a brush or gauze pads for the desired time on the skin. After the indicated time, remove the product with water and sponges or fibrella.
4. Neutralisation phase 6 minutes
Using 2 cotton pads, apply the neutraliser. After 6 minutes, wash off the product with water and sponges or fibrella.
5. Repair phase 20 minutes
- Apply your preferred calming mask in a thick layer for 20 minutes. Remove excess product with fibrella or a compress towel.
Optional: Add LED Light Treatment +15 minutes
6. Soothing and nourishing phase 3 minutes
Apply hyaluronic serum and moisture cream to the skin. Finish with SPF.
