We are shipping all orders as normal under Level 3, operating to all NZ Government-issued guidelines. All deliveries will be contactless and strict hygiene protocols are in place at our warehouse. Please allow a few extra days for delivery as courier companies are extremely busy at this time. Regrettably, the pick-up of orders is unavailable at this time.
Shipping rates for orders under $250 (ex. GST) are calculated at checkout.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances, we will endeavor to communicate with you about the delay and resolve and resulting issues.
Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance.
In general, delivery to your door will take no more than 2 working days from dispatch to North Island addresses and 2-3 working days for South Island addresses. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.
Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer as rural deliveries are handled by a third party.

Used/open products are non-returnable (unless defective) and non-refundable. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. No products may be returned without prior authorization from Cosmetologists. Please email email@example.com detailing your order number and explanation for return, before sending goods back.
