Looking to bring skin needling into your clinic?

Microneedling offers many benefits for skincare professionals looking to include additional, results-driven (and also profitable) services for their clients.

Microneedling – often referred to as dermal needling or collagen induction therapy – is a fairly new minimally invasive procedure involving controlled puncturing of the skin with miniature fine needles.

Microneedling treats everything from wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and dull skin to issues such as scars, stretch marks, and cellulite – although results are depending on the technique and associated product.
Micro needling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), involves using a device, meso pen platinum with tiny needles at the end that makes little holes or needle pricks in the top layers of skin.

Another method of micro needling uses a roller, which looks like a miniature paint roller with lots of tiny needles, that is gently rolled in different directions over the surface of skin to achieve the same effect. However, rollers are no longer as well-used due to higher bleeding,
inflammation and higher cost.

The purpose of this procedure is:
1. The little holes from the needles create “micro channels” that allow sterile mesotherapy solutions, to penetrate and absorb into the deeper layers of skin to deliver more powerful results.
2. These tiny punctures are controlled micro injuries which move skin into healing mode and stimulates collagen and elastin production. This process plumps skin and improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars and pores.

All microneedling products in our training are created by leading Spanish brand, Fusion Meso.

This class covers all theory as well as practical application. You will see, feel and perform a dermal needling treatment on the day.

Treatment Results The results of microneedling speak for themselves!

I am so happy with all of my training through cosmetologists. Dermaplaning was a scary prospect for me initially but everything was explained thoroughly, the pros and cons of dermaplaning, the structure and function of the skin, contraindications and the hands on training. The most beneficial part of it though, is being able to ask questions and ask for advice after the training is finished, I appreciate having that ongoing support which is so important. The equipment and product are very high quality, the trainers are knowledgable and friendly with years of experience in the industry. I just cant recommend them highly enough!

Great feedback so far from clients, the training you guys have by the sounds of things has been far superior to others I’ve talked too, so thank you!!

Frequently Asked Questions Have a question we haven’t yet answered? Ask it bellow!

The procedure itself isn't overly painful. The most common side effects of microneedling are skin redness and irritation. During the treatment itself, the application of a topical numbing cream generally negates any discomfort the client may feel. (We note that some out there don't use numbing cream at all in their practises!)
