Use the paste right after mixing and follow the instructions for use of RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.

 

Important note: Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant guarantees the widely known perfect tinting results of RefectoCil tints. Always mix Oxidant 3% liquid or cream with RefectoCil tints - using other brands of developer can produce an un-even result or a chemical reaction.
