Refund policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

Received something that's damaged or not working as it should? We'll make it right.

Delivery damage / dead on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a solution for you. We can't address delivery damage reported after this window.

Faults that develop after delivery: If a product develops a manufacturing or quality fault after you've received it - contact us and we'll assess it. This applies to equipment and reusable products; it does not apply to consumables, opened skincare, or products that have been misused or used contrary to instructions.

New Zealand Businesses/Trade Accounts: If you're buying for business purposes, please note that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. Please refer to our full terms of trade for your contract of service with us.

 

Change Of Mind Returns

While we're not legally required to accept change-of-mind returns, we offer a 30-day return window as we understand sometimes things happen. Unopened products may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Used or opened products cannot be returned (unless faulty - see above).

  • Training courses
  • Dangerous goods
  • Pro packages
  • Final sales/clearance products
  • Open products or those in a non re-sellable condition

Return Process

1. Contact us for approval before sending anything back
2. Pack your items securely
3. Send to: Unit 8, 16 Alpito Place, Pukekohe, Auckland 2120, NZ
4. Include your original order number

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition. You'll need to cover return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We'll process your return as soon as your item(s) arrive at our warehouse and let you know once it's complete.

For change-of-mind returns, we're happy to offer store credit so you can find something else you'll love. Please note that cash or direct refunds aren't available for these returns.

Change of mind returns need to be received back within 30-days of original delivery.
