Description

RefectoCil No. 2 Blue Black; the most popular shade for eyelash tinting. Blue black is a deep shade of black with a soft blue shimmer which adds additional depth and shine and creates mind-blowing blue-black styles. Lashes look glossy and appear longer for flutter-worthy lashes!

Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Toluene-2,5-Diamine, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, 2,6-Diaminopyridine, CI 77007

How To Use

Remove makeup with Micellar Eye Makeup Remover and thoroughly de-grease with Saline Solution. Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste. Apply to cleansed brows or lashes and leave on for:

Lashes: 10 minutes.
Brows: 5-10 minutes. (The longer the application time the more intensive the result.)

Remove using a cotton pad and water. If irritation persists, flush with water.
