As the National Educator for RefectoCil Australia, Hayley is passionate about sharing the RefectoCil brand ethos and her lash and brow styling expertise with therapists across Australia and New Zealand.
Hayley has been in the Beauty industry for more than 16 years. After working in a busy Sydney Medispa for several years she discovered her love of training. She obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Education and went on to educate up to 70 staff across NSW and QLD as an Area Development Manager.
