Shipping & Returns

Standard NZ Delivery is free for orders over $350

Otherwise, delivery starts out at just $8 per shipment.

  • All stock is held in New Zealand – orders ship from our Auckland warehouse.
  • We ship nationwide via NZ Post Courier
  • To ensure every customer pays a fair price for delivery, an exact shipping price will be displayed to you in the checkout based on the size and weight of the products in your order and your delivery address.
  • You can receive a delivery estimate for your order from the Cart page by selecting a delivery region.

Rural Delivery

If you live at a rural address an extra surcharge applies (couriers on-charge a rural delivery fee to us which we have no choice but to pass on). Delivery to rural addresses is free for orders over $500.

Dangerous Goods

A delivery surcharge will be passed on from our shipper for orders containing a dangerous goods item. If a product is a dangerous good (eg: Isopropyl Alcohol or Pure Acetone),  additional delivery delays are likely. This is due to regulatory requirements which ensure the health and safety of handling and delivery personnel. Please see the product description to find out if it is shipped as a dangerous good.

Collect your order from 8/16 Alpito Place, Pukekohe, Auckland 2120

You can collect your order for free from our warehouse.

  1. Order online as normal
  2. At checkout, choose “click & collect” as the shipping method.
  3. You will not be charged for shipping and will be able to choose a collection slot before checking out.
  4. Arrive at your chosen time and your order will be waiting!

We will send an email reminder once your order is ready. Generally, once your order is paid for and checkout completed – your chosen collection slot is booked.

If you are unable to see a specific date/time at checkout, this means our warehouse are unable to have your order ready (due to high volumes, all slots being booked or holiday closures).

Please note we are not a shop and walk in sales are unavailable. Orders must be placed online/by phone or email prior to collection.

International

Australia

Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout (free shipping only applies to New Zealand). Please note, we cannot ship DermaplanePro or Tuel brands to Australia.

Rest of the world

Please contact us for options.

We can ship to most of the world including the South Pacific, Asia, Canada, UK and USA. As each country has various restrictions, we can advise which products/brands can and cannot be shipped. Regretfully, this is not an automatic “add to cart and go” process. Send us an email with what you require and we can help!

Order by midday for same day despatch

  • Orders received by 12pm will be despatched that day* (business days)
  • Orders placed after 12pm, will be despatched the next business day

Occasionally public holidays, weekends, really bad weather or extremely busy periods may result in extended despatch times. It’s worth noting, while we can despatch really fast, it can sometimes take couriers longer to deliverThat part of the process is out of our control (for now!)

How long will delivery take?

Delivery to your door will take no more than 2 working days from dispatch to North Island addresses and 2-4 working days for South Island addresses.

If it’s heading to a Rural Delivery address please allow 2-4 extra working days on top of those time frames. Australia can take 3 – 14 days.

Once we ship your order, you can expect it to arrive in approximately:

  • North Island: 1-2 working days

  • South Island: 2-4 working days

  • Rural: +2-4 working days

  • International: country-dependent

Returns

Should there be any problems or transit damage with your new products, we will gladly offer a remedy. Please reach out to us.

If you have simply changed your mind, un-opened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware used or open products are non-returnable (unless defective) and non-refundable. Starter kits, training courses, dangerous goods and pro packages are also non-returnable.

For a change of mind returns on all other items – you simply need to arrange the return shipping (original shipping costs paid are non-refundable). See our terms of trade for full T’s&C’s. Change of mind returns are credited to customer accounts and not refunded in cash.

Problem with your order?

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other issue, please contact us with-in 7 days of delivery. We can fix 99% of issues quickly!

Send us:

  • Clear images of the outer packaging, internal packaging, and the damaged or missing contents
  • Your Order Number

We cannot stress the importance of photos! We get it – at times we throw away the packaging before checking the contents. Unfortunately, our courier partners require photos to lodge a claim. They don’t have to be photoshoot quality, but we do need them. We hate issues as much as you do (our warehouse obsess over them!) so in the unlikely event of a mishap – we will do our best to put it right.
