We are shipping as normal, but please expect delays as your parcel moves through the courier network.

Our courier partners are currently experiencing very high volumes and delivery delays are being experienced throughout New Zealand. Goods transiting in and out of Auckland are the worst affected with delivery delays of up to 5 working days. The rest of NZ should allow an extra 1 day on top of normal delivery times.

We really appreciate your support. The team are doing their best to get orders to you ASAP!

Free delivery for orders over $200

Getting beauty supplies delivered to your door shouldn’t be hard. Depending on order size, we’ll only charge you $7 for delivery (and over $200 FREE!) for a fast delivery service straight to your address.

Of course, if you really live off the beaten track you’ll have to chuck in an extra $5 gas money for the rural postie.

Order by midday for same day despatch

Need it fast? Get your order in by lunch, and we’ll get right on it!

Occasionally public holidays, weekends, really bad weather or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times.

Delivery within 1-4 days

Delivery to your door will take no more than 2 working days from dispatch to North Island addresses and 2-4 working days for South Island addresses.

If it’s heading to a Rural Delivery address please allow 2-3 extra working days on top of those time frames.

Do you do same day delivery?

If dispatched first thing in the morning there’s a small chance your order could be delivered same day to some parts of Auckland. The only way we can 100% guarantee a same day delivery in Auckland is via an urgent courier.

Urgent Courier prices vary depending on how much gas the courier guy or girl has to put in their car and how clogged up Auckland’s roads are. So just get in touch with us to firm up a price if you need an urgent, last-minute, speedy delivery.

What if I need to return something?

Used/open products are non-returnable (unless defective – sorry!) and non-refundable. Starter kits and packages are non-returnable.

All other un-opened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Just pay the return shipping! Please email us first for a return authorization.

Which courier do you use?

Your order will be sent by either NZ Post (CourierPost) or Aramex (Fastway).

By default, an ATL (Authority to leave) will be included with your parcel. This means the courier will leave at reception, your mailbox or similar. It can sometimes be helpful if you specify a safe place in your order notes.

If you would like a “signature-required” service, please leave a note in the order comments. Delays may occur if nobody is available to receive.

Can I change my order address once shipped?

Oh hell no! (Kidding!) Actually, it is often possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact NZ Post on 0800 COURIER or use their online redirection tool. The sooner the better.

Want to collect from our showroom? Simply choose “Order Collection” at checkout.

We will send you an email once the order is ready. For small – medium orders, this is usually pretty quick. If you’ve cleaned us out, it may take a little longer for us to put your order together!
