Learn dermaplaning with DermaplanePro New Zealand, the international leader in dermaplaning training. Once certified, you have the potential to earn $3000 in revenue from starter kit (included) alone. We hold workshops in Auckland and Christchurch as well as offering online and one-on-one training.

Dermaplaning, sometimes called epidermal levelling, is a safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) of the face.

Our dermaplaning training course is a one-day masterclass covering a mix of theory and practical application. You will see, feel and perform a dermaplaning treatment on the day. Can’t make a class? We also have online training available.

Learn Dermaplaning online – no need to attend a physical class!

We are DermaplanePro New Zealand, the international leader in dermaplaning training. Once certified, you have the ability to earn $1500 – $3000 in revenue with the starter kit alone.

While we highly recommend attending an in-person class if you can, online training is the perfect solution for busy professionals who need more flexibility in scheduling and/or prefer individual training.

Learn at your own pace, and when you’re ready for hands-on, we’ll use Google Meet or Zoom for one-on-one video conferencing. It’s like having a trainer come to you without the additional travel time and expense. Hands-on training can be scheduled weekends or evenings to accommodate your busy schedule. You will need a model for one hour, at the conclusion of the training, and with a little practice, you’ll be ready to get started.

Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that consists of using a surgical blade to gently remove the layer of dull, dead skin cells and vellus hair in order to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion.

Known by a few different names: Blading, epidermal/skin levelling, microplaning, skin resurfacing… it is a quick, simple, pain-free and safe procedure with minimal to no adverse effects.

We have been supplying dermaplaning tools for years. We use our blades, handles, blade remover units and prep products ourselves in our training classes – so we know they are built for the job.

There is a huge difference between professional tools vs. home dermaplaning tools. Our blades are sharp, single-use, surgical scalpels. Cosmetologists #10R, #10D, #10 and #14 blades are made from surgical carbon steel. Our hero DermaplanePro 10R is also coated with a polymer coating for added sharpness and rigidity! On the other hand, “cheap” non-surgical skin levelling tools are made from stainless steel. These are often designed to be re-used and can cause skin damage.

The proof is in the pudding (or blade), as they say!
