Description
RefectoCil No. 3.1 Light brown tint or dye is a natural, versatile light hue. It enhances the brilliant effect of dark blonde to light blonde hair. It brightens up your style!
The advantages of RefectoCil No. 3.1 Light brown:
– Light brown lashes and brows
– Mixable with all 8 RefectoCil tints. Mix with natural brown to create individually matching shades of brown.
– Smudgeproof and waterproof
– Lasts 6 weeks
Must be mixed with Refectocil Oxidant (available seperately).
Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste. Apply to cleansed brows or lashes and leave on for:
Lashes: 10 minutes.
Brows: 5-10 minutes. (The longer the application time the more intensive the result.)
Remove using a cotton pad and water. If irritation persists, flush with water.
