Description

No. 2.1 Deep Blue is a dark blue shade, which is only effective for clients with light blonde to blonde eyelashes (on darker eyelashes we recommend to use Refectocil No.2 Blue Black). Refectocil No. 2.1 Deep Blue is a colour for fashionable clients, who wish a perfect match of their eyelashes to blue eyes or blue eye make up.

Content: 15 ml. Sufficient for approximately 30 applications.

Example of Deep Blue Tint on different natural hair shades. Use for a Level 9N – White.

How To Use:

Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste. Apply to cleansed brows or lashes and leave on for:

Lashes: 10 minutes.
Brows: 5-10 minutes. (The longer the application time the more intensive the result.)

Remove using a cotton pad and water. If irritation persists, flush with water.
