RefectoCil Eyelash Lift – lifts the lashes and creates an intense, wide-eyed look. The lift makes natural lashes look significantly longer and thicker. The RefectoCil Eyelash Curl (traditional perming), lashes are given a U – shaped curl, the Eyelash Lift lifts shorter lashes up.

Brow Lamination

The RefectoCil Brow Lamination treatment produces an immediate wow effect resulting in a fuller more ‘lifted’ appearance. Brows appear more defined as hairs are given a semi-permanent shape. Brow Lamination is especially suitable for unruly, stubborn brows as the hairs are softened and stabilised. Gaps in the brows are hidden and hairs can be easily shaped, styled and secured.

How do I prepare lashes for a lift / lamination treatment?

– Remove contact lenses.

– Clean eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover, degrease eyelids and lashes with RefectoCil Saline Solution.

– Place RefectoCil Silicone Pads over bottom lashes to cover them.

What should I do after a lash lift / lamination treatment?

To complete this service we recommend applying Refectocil Styling Gel. This is also a great item for the client to use to keep their lashes healthy and their tint lasting longer. The unique colour protect formula shields the lashes and brows so they appear freshly tinted for a longer time. D-Panthenol (provitamin B₅) binds moisture and provides shine. In addition, unruly hair is fixed in the desired position. Apply to lashes and brows daily. Can also be used as a fresh up for in between.

Advise your client to avoid getting their lashes wet for 24-hours after treatment.

When tinting, this needs to be done straight after the lash lift. The client shouldn’t get a lash tint (other then straight away post-lift) within 4 weeks of receiving a lash lift.

How long do I have to wait before the next Eyelash Lift treatment?

In most cases, you can rebook the client to repeat the treatment every 6 weeks. The lashes need to be sufficiently relaxed to allow for “resetting” so certain clients may require 4 – 8 week intervals.

Help! What can I do if the lashes are curled too weak or too strong or are “uneven”?

An uneven result can occur when Lash Curl Solution or Neutraliser are applied unevenly, the eyelash pad not positioned correctly or the eyelashes were not attached straight to the eyelash pad.

If the lashes are too curly, just use a larger pad and repeat the application with half the application time. If after the second attempt the lashes are still not as desired (very rare!), we suggest seeking assistance and avoid trying a third time as this can cause damage to the lashes. If the curl is too weak, make sure, that the eye-area has been cleaned thoroughly and of all residues and that a correctly sized pad has been chosen. If the pad has been too large, use a smaller one and repeat the application with half the application time.

Can I use RefectoCil Eyelash Lift on pregnant clients?

Generally we do not see any problems using our RefectoCil Eyelash Lift while being pregnant. We have no information about any negative effects after using Eyelash Lift during pregnancy, but please note that we did not conduct any special studies with pregnant women. Further, as a manufacturing company we don’t have the necessary medical knowledge and we therefore can’t give any medical advices. Therefore we would recommend advising talking to a doctor before usage.

Help! The Lash Lift turned out beautifully, but only lasted 1-2 weeks?

Opened perm & neutraliser solutions and lash glue have a 3 month shelf life and will gradually lose their effect resulting in the curve/lift becoming unstable. Be sure to use all opened solutions within their shelf life.
